We both know we were not in control of the seller or the selling agent, however the way that you convinced them to do certain things such as continuing forward after the extended sale period was instrumental in closing this deal. Your persistence in pursuing my desire to purchase this home was relentless.
I am more than grateful that you took the time and effort to explain any details of the process that I was not familiar with and the fact that you were available immediately after any phone call or email to discuss our position was so satisfactory. After all this was said I did not even thank you for selling my previous home in record time and with no pain. I am certainly not a real estate agent, however I was very familiar with the comps in my area and I truly believe you got me more than what market value was and regardless I was so happy to be moving on in such a quick time period.
